All Pinnacle therapists are full-time, certified professionals: Speech-Language Pathologists (MASLP/BASLP, RCI registered), Occupational Therapists (BOT/MOT), Behavioral Analysts (BCBA/BCaBA or equivalent), Special Educators (B.Ed/M.Ed Special Education). 1,600+ therapists across 70+ centers.

How does Pinnacle handle medication management?

Pinnacle does not prescribe medications. If our clinical team identifies a need for pharmacological intervention, we communicate directly with the referring physician with specific observations and clinical data. Medication decisions remain exclusively with the referring physician.

Can I visit a Pinnacle center before referring?

What is the cost to the family?

Can I get CME credits for Pinnacle activities?

What happens if the family moves to another city?

AbilityScore is portable across all 70+ Pinnacle centers. The child's entire developmental record, therapy history, and AbilityScore trajectory transfers seamlessly. Zero data loss. Zero re-assessment.

How are clinical disagreements handled between referring physician and therapy team?

Through data. AbilityScore provides objective measurement. If there is a disagreement about approach, goals, or progress, the data is the arbiter. The clinical director is available for case conferences with referring physicians.

Is therapy covered by insurance?

Insurance coverage for developmental therapy is evolving in India. Pinnacle provides detailed therapy invoices and clinical documentation that families can submit to their insurers. The team can assist with insurance pre-authorization where applicable.

What data security protections exist for patient records?

ISO 27001 certified. India DPDPA compliant. GDPR and HIPAA-aligned practices. All patient data encrypted in transit and at rest. Access-controlled by role. Audit trails on every data access.

How is the SEVA program funded?

Dr. Koti Reddy Saripalli has pledged 33 percent of his personal income from Koti Group to the SEVA fund. This is not a CSR line item. It is a personal founder covenant ensuring no child is denied therapy due to financial constraints.

Can Pinnacle therapists visit my clinic for joint assessments?

How do you handle children with multiple co-morbidities?

Through a multidisciplinary team conference. The referring physician is included in the case discussion. GPT-OS coordinates all therapy domains simultaneously.

What if a child isn't improving after 6 months?

AbilityScore data shows lack of progress within 3 months. If a child is not progressing, the clinical director escalates the case, adjusts the therapy plan, and consults with the referring physician.

Can I refer adults (18+)?

Currently Pinnacle serves children aged 0 to 18. Adult developmental services are under development.

How do you handle children already in therapy elsewhere?

No criticism of prior providers. AbilityScore establishes an objective baseline regardless of prior therapy history. We measure current status and plan forward.
